    • Leading the UI Department.

    • Worked on multiple projects both in-house and with external studios with external clients.

    • Creation of 2D Artwork covering; UI, Icons, Backgrounds, Trophies/Achievements, Creature/Character Design and Pitch-Work.

    • In-Engine experience with Unity and Unreal.

    • Mentored junior artists with a focus on developing their career pathway.

    • Oversaw multiple projects at once, managed feedback and iteration loops with focus on scope, wrote up clear documentation on Confluence and produced Art Style Guides.

    • Collaborated extensively with other departments to streamline and optimise workflow, and with Production to balance scope with milestones.

    Key Projects:

    • Crusader Kings 3 (RTS Game, Console Edition) – Collaborated closely with Design to create a Console version of the UI and paint up new Icons, Assets and Trophy/Achievement Images.

    • Stampede: Racing Royale (Racing Game) – Worked in a large team to help develop and define the UI. Implemented UI within Unity.

    • (Unannounced) – Lead the Art team, direct a style, work in Unreal, manage expectations/tasks and deal with external clients - including scope for feedback and iterations.
