A Lead 2D Artist with over 5 years of experience within the Games Industry, and 9 in the Creative Industry. Currently leading the Art of a Project with External Clients with duties covering both management and day-to-day art tasks.
Years of experience dealing with external/internal clientele, asset creation, art direction and adaptation, style development, UI/UX, in-engine UI implementation, 2D and Concept Art, JIRA/ADO, team collaboration, in-office and remote working, managing juniors, mentoring, over-seeing multiple projects at once and writing up extensive documentation.

• Oversaw multiple projects at once, managed feedback and iteration loops with focus on scope, wrote up clear documentation on Confluence and produced Art Style Guides.

Key Projects:
• Crusader Kings 3 (RTS Game, Console Edition) – Collaborated closely with Design to create a Console version of the UI and paint up new Icons, Assets and Trophy/Achievement Images.
• Stampede: Racing Royale (Racing Game) – Worked in a large team to help develop and define the UI. Implemented UI within Unity.
• (Unannounced) – Lead the Art team, direct a style, work in Unreal, manage expectations/tasks and deal with external clients - including scope for feedback and iterations.
• Started as Junior Games Artist and promoted to Lead Games Artist.
• Created multiple hyper casual mobile games in a fast-paced environment.
